• 1 banana or 1 cup of pineapple –  frozen
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 ¼ cups of nut or oat milk
  • 200 grams (2 packets) of frozen acai puree – broken into pieces
  • 1-2 tablespoons of protein powder or collagen

Instructions:

Blend together until smooth.

Top with coconut flakes, cashew nuts, sunflower seeds, granola or a few berries. Whatever toppings your enjoy!
