Baked Plums Ingredients

  • 8-10 slightly under ripe plums, halved and stones removed
  • 2-3 tablespoons of raw, local honey
  • 2-3 tablespoons of almonds or sunflower seeds or a combination, roughly chopped

Method

  • Place plums on a baking dish, cut side up
  • Fill the centre with the chopped nuts/seeds
  • Drizzle with honey
