Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1  over ripe banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/3 cup of steamed and cooled zucchini fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt or kefir
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 3 tablespoons of cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon of MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of protein powder
  •  Ice
  • Drizzle of raw organic honey (optional)

Method

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blitz until smooth.
