Cashew Nuts Cheese Ingredients

  • 1 cup of raw cashew nuts, soaked for at least 2 hours or overnight
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water approximately


  • Rinse soaked cashew nuts
  • Add cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic , salt, and pepper to a food processor or blender
  • Blitz until the cashew nuts are broken down
  • Add water and continue to blitz until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Store in a glass jar with lid in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
