No bake Cookies ingredients

  • 200 grams of natural peanut butter, almond butter or seed butter
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup of traditional oats
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon coconut or MCT oil


  • Add nut butter, maple syrup and cocoa to a small saucepan
  • Stir over a low heat until dissolved and well combined and slightly dried out
  • Allow to cool slightly
  • In a large mixing bowl combine  oats, salt, vanilla and oil. Add nut mixture and combine well
  • Roll dough into small balls then flatten slightly with your hands
  • Place cookies on the baking tray and place in freezer for 2 hours to set
  • Keep them stored in the freezer until ready to eat. Enjoy!
