Nut free Choc Granola Ingredients

  • 2 cups of seeds, a mixture of hemp, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame seeds
  • 1 cup of coconut flakes
  • 2 cups of rolled oats or quinoa flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao nibs
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped dried figs or cranberries


  • Preheat oven to 120º C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and ensure they are evenly covered with the oil and maple syrup.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on the tray
  • Bake for about 45-60 minutes.  The longer it bakes the crunchier it gets
  • Turn the mixture approximately halfway through the cooking time
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
