Ingredients for Seed Crackers

  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup of flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup of almond meal or LSA
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic (optional)
  • Fresh herbs or dulse flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt


  • Preheat the oven to 160°C and line a baking tray
  • Combine all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl
  • Pour in 250 ml of water and mix until well combined
  • Press mixture firmly and evenly onto the baking tray with your hands or back of a spoon
  • Crackers should be approx 5 mm thick, partially  score with knife
  • Bake for 30 minutes, flip and bake for a further 20-30 minutes
  • Cool and break into crackers
  • Store in an air tight container for 2 weeks
