Sweet ‘n Spicy Nuts & Seeds Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups whole almonds
  • 1 cups pecan or walnut halves
  • 3/4 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1 tablespoons of rosemary fresh or dried
  • 1 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoons Celtic salt
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
  • Line a large baking dish with baking paper
  • In a large mixing bowl add all of the above ingredients and mix until the nuts and seeds are well coated.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes and keep an eye that the maple syrup doesn’t burn.
  • Allow to cool, store is a glass jar.
