Tahini Salad dressing is ideal to support bone health for kids and parents.


  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea salt


  • Blitz in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy
  • Add more water for a dinner dressing
  • Store if a clean jam jar in the refrigerator for 1 week.
  • Add to salad, veggies or use as a dip
