Tamari Roasted Almonds Ingredients

  • 400g raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup tamari


  • Preheat oven to 160C fan-forced.
  • Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Place almonds on baking tray covered in baking paper.
  • Drizzle over tamari and toss to coat.
  • Arrange in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, or until tamari has evaporated.
  • Cool on tray before storing in an airtight container in a cool dark place
